Please consider adding alternative ways to get Nexus lights.

Now i`m pretty much gated to about 14-16 lights per day ( expert roulette, hard roulette and trial roulette) so it will take about 1 year to get my 3 Nexuses.

For Novus stage we had repeatable quest and hunts, so if you were willing to get hardcore on progression, you could really do it.

Why are you gated to 14-16 light per day, is it a time issue or that you just don't want to do dungeons/trials without the soldiery bonus?

Don't underestimate maps, 1-2 light at a time can build up. I save up my maps, then do some runs with my FC. An hour long map hunt gets 20-30 light easily.
