Ninjutsu IS rewarded. Like I said earlier, Ninja boasts the highest potency in ability damage.

Even rewarded with ninjutsu NIN do less damage than monk that just spam his rotation.
And without reward they are no better than other dps, it's not like venom and huton just bring baseline to 300 dps regardless of skill. No, bad ninja are just as bad as any other dps. I have a special nickname for failures of ninja and I use it quite often (only in private channel of my static outside the game though as I really don't mind newbies) - "150 dps"
