and defeat Bahamut Prime. Yes the final boss of Coil is a Smaller Bahamut

Cleared it about 2 weeks ago fight was a bit.... disappointing

Mechanics were relatively easy, nothing too complex. I'd say T7-9 Savage are harder. From a healer POV it was not that bad to heal. Tanks had to thoroughly plan our their CD's but that's pretty much it. It's a bit harder on dps because of the enrage, but we only got to enrage once. Overall, the fight was not tuned that great, most of cleared at about i107 (vit accessories).

But im disappointed on how easy the boss is beside DPS checks

Tbh he is nothing compared to T9 or even T7

Oh for sure it's harder than t7 and t9 normal but not savage. But who knows, after going through hell from 7-9 savage everything just seems easier to me imo.

People are used to raid mechanics by now after farming SCoB and Savage for a long time. New content will never be hard for people that put effort daily into these dungeons. They're used to the game itself. The game would need new battle mechanics for it to be different, and it won't happen (for now?).

I don't know what to call my own group either. Since this name changing service arrived some of them seem to have new names every other day.

Anyway, I had a lot of fun this tier since it was my first time going into every fight blind. There is a certain satisfaction with being a bit under geared and having all sorts of crafted pentamelded gear made to help compensate. Now to farm for 5 1/2 months. I really can't say how it compares to savage coil since our group has no savage titles.

This. It's kinda like running D&D games with the same DM for years on end. Eventually, the players will figure out all the DM's foibles and have their characters completely set up for the DM's shenanigans from day 1.
When you consider that pretty much this exact thing happened when 2.4 hit (most of the raiders attain the ideal stats by cheesing the materia system and have been put through the wringer known as "Savage Coil" so know pretty much all the basic tactics at this point) yeah it might be time for some new stuff.
Hopefully the next round of endgame content won't revolve around spawning adds and playing keep away with mechanic #5234-J
