We sort of live in that world now (minus post limits). Twitter.I usually tend to keep my posts short and concise and rarely go over the 1000 character limit unless I'm attempting to quote another person (which also counts the quoted text among the 1000 limit.) But the less than 9 posts per day for people under level 50 is a bit unfair. Especially considering newer players often have questions, and with the 1000 char limit it makes it difficult for them to ask those questions and then respond in kind, when someone tries to discuss or give them answers.
I shudder to think what society would be like if everyone had to state their business in 50 words or less and was only allowed to speak 10 times in a single day...
