As for the post itself...I agree with most stuff here but do not think we will see any real drastic changes until 2.45-2.5. If they change stats on shared gear people will flat out riot (it happened once before in the first tier of Allagan gear). TBH I think an easy fix would be so energy drain scales with Int. You still lose some DPS having to Energy drain but if it restores a respectable amount I can totally get behind it! One thing that I don't agree with is making is so Summoner can be super aggressive with Ruin II and have ZERO MP issues.

I really don't see why people hate akiza so much other than 2 reason:

1. They disagree with her opinion on what the class should be.
2.She doesn't always explain himself(herself?) properly when it comes to ideas. Thus making akiza seem incompetent to them because he throws many different ideas and tries to see which ones that stick.

In reality that lack of consistency and cohesion is what gets akiza lambasted the most, however if his posts were more well thought out people probably take him more seriously even if he does jump around a bit. People just don't want to give your ideas the benefit of the doubt more often than not and try to understand them...it ends up making them seem like arseholes sometimes because some of akiza's posts does make sense...just gotta try to translate them so it requires extra patience or braincells people don't seem have.However, sometimes even i am confused at his posts.People just act like all of them are bad....too busy attacking credibility instead of taking each post one by one.

There's probably more points I can make and quotes I can pull from his history. Seriously though, it's not even worth the effort anymore. Defending him on anything at this point is pretty much a death sentence on your credibility. He has over 600 posts worth of nothing but gibberish, all in English, mostly readable and understandable. Sift though the sea of Akiza's post history if you're that sure he's not being clear.

1. Sometimes yes cannot refute that. However how can anyone prove half of the things people say about this game?
2. Like i said before not really a big deal, just wish akiza would explain each idea a little better with more well thought out posts.
3. Ret-conning happens all the time for all forms of media, ret-conning could easily be just further expounding upon by a preexisting idea to explain the new changes. Akiza ill admit does not respect lore much, but you have to talk about your ideas from a gameplay standpoint before you can fit them in lore more often than not. It's just easier.
4.I need examples or citatations on this one since you see to making a factual statment without proof...see item 1 of your own list.
I do not doubt you, but i rather see an example what you would consider an idea gone too far. Otherwise you are no better honestly.

Am i defending akiza? Maybe a little, but i also criticizing him at the same time. I am just giving akiza the benefit of the doubt, i will explain to him why his ideas might be wrong... as well as support idea in more detail that i agree with. Not really taking sides here just being more objective than most.

Seems opinions are more important to a good portion of people on this forum than discussion.

It's sad you rather talk about people than ideas, you are really derailing the thread yourself at this point considering akiza hasn't even posted in it. Ironic.

Even if most of akiza's posts are jibberish i rather not act like an arsehole just because i think so. Respect is far better than what you spout. I am simply playing devil's advocate here because i seen far too many people bash akiza's unnecessarily, and it's honestly gotta stop. More constructive criticism and less aggressive condescending remarks.

It's funny because at first glance, I thought I would be doing more as SMN on T11 but that didn't turn out to be the case. And that's also with our Bard running Ballad once atleast.

That is strange that SMN was behind at all for T10-11 - Both those fights are amazing for multidotting.

Compared to BLM T11 is especially good because you can contagion 1 module and rotate your dots on the others and still do some single target damage. (600+ DPS for 1/3 of the fight) On the ADS phase you can sustain MP with just 2 X Energy Drains per minute (2400 MP/min -> 1200 Passive, 600 Aetherflow - 532 Energy Drain).

That's only a 15 DPS loss during that phase (2.5%) to maintain over 600 DPS. Averaged out 500 DPS is possible because 1/3 of the fight consists of DPSing the ADS modules.
