targeting names and help box.

Couple things i wanted to bring up that i hope change.

Edit:

1) the other thing is the help text that pops up when you scroll over. Its really big and does not go away, im hoping they let you turn it off..its just taking up too much space.

2) adjusting the secondary text box (aka: change size, transparency...or get rid of it in general)

3)Also, would it be possible to make the chat bar FULLY darkened? right now 0% = mostly darkened.
