Housing permit time limit?

Hello
I want to buy a plot before they sell out but do not have enough for the plot and the permit. If I buy the plot now can i get the permit later, or do you only have so long to buy the permit to put the house down lol

I've seen people buy the plot then wait a while to get the permit for the house, I don't think there's a time limit.

Yes you can get the permit later. Currently there is no time limit for building the house.

Also you might want to look at the market board for the permit. I got mine for half price buying it off the market board.
You can change the outside "look" after you build the house with what ever permit you purchase by buying the pieces separately. At least on my server the pieces cost less that 500 gil each.

Yes there is a time limit it is 30 rl days.
You have to have someone enter the house at least once every 30 days to keep the plot. Cannot do that if there is no house.

That is not correct, the "35day house access rule" has not been implemented. ^^;

Based on all of the comments, we’ll be spending a bit more time looking into the automatic removal of land and house feature again, and we expect to implement it sometime after patch 2.4. Once the details have been finalized we will be sure to make an announcement.
