Help! Retainers missing!

In a small panic atm, I'm not entirely sure if it is due to all this lag/ d/c'ing stuff... but 2 of my retainers are missing! It's the two you have to pay extra for, it's saying their contracts are up and you need to pay to resume them, but just last month I payed another 3 months for not only the game, but for them as well, I even still have my emails saying so!!!!..... seriously... wtf is going on? Anyone else having this issue? Not sure what to do...

I got them back!!! Apparently after the big lag storm/ d/c issue idk what it did to my retainers, but logging ALL the way out, then back in made everything right with the world again. Phew~that was an unnecessary panic attack.

I thought the retainers are monthly based and you cannot pay in advance for them. That means you have to pay each month the fee for the retainers, which I believe is $1 per, max of 2. I could be wrong though.

Given that your account says it's still active, call a GM and have them check into it. They may need to reset something.

So I was not the only one having strange odd troubles with the lagg spikes yesterday?... I disconnected doing my first 'funny jumping' t3 and... And....... When I could relog my ninja's hotbar and crossbar was all messed up (Resetted).

Only ninja (The job I was using when the crash). The bar seemed to reset because hotbar 1 and 2 had the random skills on it while crossbar 1 had the default things I never use (Auto attack command, teleport, return, sprint) during a battle. I tried to relog many times and didn't work, what surprised me the more is that the hotbar and crossbar info is supposed to be saved in a local archive... The rest of my jobs were okay, as well as shared bars.

I wonder if today it will be okay, I wanted to 'fix' it fast and go t4 taking advantage I was with a good party of friends. (They invited me to a t5, surprisingly we did it fast and with the first try... Seemed we all were so happy and enlightened that they wanted me to unlock t6 by doing t3 and 4 with me... But just when they were waiting for me to restablish the hotbars... Server went down again.)

Just hoping... Crossbar and hotbar for my nin nin will be back if I relog today... Anyone else experienced this?

Maybe something went wrong with your hotbar savefile during the DC

Thanks for answering!... Isn't it? I think the same... Perhaps server were sending info to the local archive hotbars.dat... And when the connection abruptly stopped, it created some errors in the current-in-use hotbars (ninja job). Because the issue couldn't be solved what the server did after logging back was to send a default value, rather than have error codes around. And that's exactly what I received, default values, like if I'd reset my ninja... (Happened exactly the same that happens when you first make your job and put your soul gem on it)
