It is the game you pay for, and honestly the amount of times the servers have actually gone down in the past couple months is miniscule. They're up for 99.9% of the time now since the server expansion... I've played games with far far worse server stability than we currently have. This is a blip... it happens.

I'm sorry to say this, but it happens. Nothing is ever going to run flawlessly.. 100% of the time, everyday. No matter how much money you throw at it.

I've played for 6 months pretty hardcore and this is the first time I've seen all the servers go down. People complain about lag pretty often, but I almost never see any personally. So generally I think they do ok. Always room for improvement though.
