No worries, I didn't know you could use "F" to scroll through them in XI, so I learned something! I've always used the numberpad's Enter and + keys.

(And not that anyone asked, but I also separate my chat into one frame and system/combat info into another, but that's a standard for me in any game that has customizable chat features.)
