Oh, you're one of those...and by "those" I mean a self-entitled prick who feels they deserve special treatment because you pay for services that everyone else pays for. Guess what, that's not the way the world works. I agree with Leyza, that technology is by no means within our realm of control. We as humans can work with it and improve upon it, yes... however, at the rate that technology evolves. We can not control it. Pure ignorance is what this is.

Though i agree that things like these can happen due to failure in hardware or software. I have to disagree on that it can not be maintained an prevented with porper maintainence (preventive maintainence), or even controlled as it is something we use an manipulate in any realistic fashion we desire. This is nothing like a Natural disaster which happends on its own reguardless of our effort. Technology is the opposite, it fails when we fail to maintain it, it crashes when something was overlooked in the software or hardware. We have full control of how it works or even if it works at all. But as with all things in this world things ware out an break down an require an outside source to maintain it (fixing a worn out part or fixing a code bug).

question i just started play this yesterday i was playing archeage but quit due to all the connection issues couldent play 75% of the time please tell me this dosent happen very often i love this game been a big fan of final fantasy since the first final fantasy hoping to be apart of the community for a long time. wish i learned about this game sooner lol.

This isn't too common, from what I've seen. Of course, I haven't kept up with the game as much as normal here lately.

A natural disaster is not analogical to to a server crash. They are called natural because they are out of human control. A server crash on the other hand is something that is perfectly under human control and can be avoided. Yes, sh*t happens, but I'm not paying SE for sh*t to happen. If you go to a restaurant, and come out with food poisoning, sh*t probably happened in that restaurant, but that's not an excuse for bad service, and most likely that restaurant is getting sued. Not very logical to say that "find something else to do with your life than eat".

If you think tech can't up and fail for no reason (in other words: out of human control), you haven't worked with tech much. Stuff like this happens, and yes it can be out of human control. Hard drives and such die, software glitches, etc. Tech ain't perfect.
