A natural disaster is not analogical to to a server crash. They are called natural because they are out of human control. A server crash on the other hand is something that is perfectly under human control and can be avoided. Yes, sh*t happens, but I'm not paying SE for sh*t to happen. If you go to a restaurant, and come out with food poisoning, sh*t probably happened in that restaurant, but that's not an excuse for bad service, and most likely that restaurant is getting sued. Not very logical to say that "find something else to do with your life than eat".

A server crash on the other hand is something that is perfectly under human control and can be avoided. Yes, sh*t happens, but I'm not paying SE for sh*t to happen. I would like you to enlighten me on how the world works. Oh technology is evolving? I didn't realize that with the production of a new iphone every year. How silly of me to think that something that is man-made cannot be controlled by man. Careful, when you're typing a reply to this thread. Your keyboard might evolve on you and spew out some illuminating knowledge of this world that you don't know anything about. In fact, my computer is so evolved, that it's not even listening to me right now. It's out of my control that my keyboard is typing that you're a self-centered (synonym for prick), who's ignorance so high that he has decided to know how the whole world functions! I mean why do we even have schools, we should just listen to you about supply and demand and how the economy works. In fact, everyone should have a low expectation of the services they pay for. Hey, next time your house is robbed despite having a home security system, (if you have one), remember, sh*t probably went down. And the security system evolved so much that even the security personals didn't know what going on. It was out of their control that you lost that flat screen TV and your playstation/xbox.

Sarcastic posts on tech and how the world works aside. You have yet to even constructed a logical explanation on where this utopia of tech comes from and your knowledge of such things. How having a degree has shown you that tech (especially servers that have limitations) are in our complete control? What kind of degree was it? Tech degree? Ya don't say!! It's very prestigious to have a "Tech" degree. Haha, your fragile psyche is tipped so easily. Yes, actually I do believe I have a better grasp of how the world works. It's simple, we live in a consumers world. In which, yes we do have the right to voice our concerns and opinions on the products available to us. You can't just demand satisfaction from technology and/or video games, because you'll just end up disappointed or die of an aneurysm(because you clearly have trouble controlling yourself). That being said, You paid to play THEIR game. It was your choice to do so, similarly as you can choose to leave the game and not deal with these problems that seem to annoy you so much that you ignorantly rant on the forums. "I paid SE to play their game, not to experience server issues!"(paraphrasing). When updating a game, if there is even one misplaced semi-colon.. the entire game is glitched. SE employees are only human and are prone to making mistakes. Instead of making such outrageous demands and idiotic analogies in trying to prove a point...sit back, take a breather and wait for the problem to be fixed.
