Why is the massive lag not being handled?

I would get it if this was launch or a week after patch, but this is kind of getting absurd. It's difficult to even complete a dungeon when simply walking from the last trash pull to the boss room has like 3 90Ks on the process! I don't feel like I've even seen a post from any of the team on this issue despite all the complaints about it all around the game, reddit, forums, etc... why?
