Put a anti body on trick attack so you can't stack ninjas and it'll help tremendously. Right now we have no use for Bards, SMNs, or Dragoons when you can stack 2 monks 2 Ninjas for all current content. Black Mages are still good, but they shine on specific turns.

This I agree with completely. I'm just finishing my SCH Novus and want to start working toward my BLM Novus, but I also want to buy a few more pieces of bard gear, as well as start saving for ninja gear. There's definitely a needed increase in the amount of Soldiery awarded.
