Yes I DCed as a DF queue popped, and it wouldn't let me log back in for a long time, still regarding me as being online. Presumably the partially preformed party tried queuing more times while I was still attempting to log back in, and when I finally made it, I had enough infractions for not responding that I then had a 30 minute penalty from using DF too.
