mmm DPS Guy, I like that! Glamouring the slot insead of the equipment. The only problem is when you get new gear we'd need a wa to turn the glamour condition off to see ourselves wearing the real gear to see what it looks like >_>

i think when applying the glamour you could select from a list of currently available gear sets that the galmour will always be applied to. it will default its selection to no gear set. and the item glamour could be seen even if you don't assign a gear set.


we glamour the item as normal. then choose a gear set to apply the glamour to. the item is still glamoured and will appear so even not used with the assigned gear set. so glamour is driectly attached to that gear set.

however i think the system will be rather difficult to implement. first we got to make sure BRD's don't start imitating MNK's and such. then we have to make sure we don't make glamour dis-spellers or other prism's obsolete, or even less used.


all-in-all if they can manage a gear set specific system, i think this will be best. but i think it will be much easier to simply duplicate the gear in to a non-unique form. however, while duplicating would be easier, it will take more armory space. unless they make it so gear set items are stored somewhere the eye can't see. or maybe a new storage container for duplicated items.
