Yeah I haven't received mine too and sent a post to the NA Community Team, but have yet to receive a response from that too.
I am speculating all the staff are taking a break for the New Year holiday season....

It seems like those who bought the Japanese stream got their codes, and those of us who bought the English stream aren't getting them. Is there a way for SE to look into this? Feels like for some reason the English stream might've not been included in the code promotion.

If this is true. Someone has some explaining to do. Since it was promoted under the english stream also and on the news post as we purchased a net ticket.
