    Same here, purchased on the 20th (nico's English stream), no code yet. =(

    Edit:
    It seems like those who bought the Japanese stream got their codes, and those of us who bought the English stream aren't getting them. Is there a way for SE to look into this? Feels like for some reason the English stream might've not been included in the code promotion.
