Moggle suit - Never received email!

Just 5min ago I emailed niconico & they responded that they were still preparing the codes in batches. But anyway within another minute, I received my redemption code!
So be patient I guess....or drop niconico another feeddback. *and yes I bought the English stream.

so i never received (or misplaced) my moogle suit code from twitch - messages are empty. i've sent them a support ticket that has got no word in a month. is there any other option for me or am i a lalafell without a suit


edit: twitch had an issue and sorted it out for me!

Necroing this thread since they posted today about the ability to still purchase and receive the moogle suit until the 31st, did so through niconico, and have not received anything as of yet. Anybody else having the same issue and/or know of a way to fix?

I also purchased it today and I've yet to receive the item code. My only hope and guess is that they'll be sending them out soon enough, though I'd appreciate any help with this matter.

I sent a couple inquiries to customer support over the course of the day, yet to hear anything. Hoping to either hear from them, or perhaps a community rep here on what the issue might be. Hopefully will hear something by tomorrow!
