Error 90000/90002 And lag spikes

I have been avoiding coming here to complain but i can't take it anymore... it's getting realy annoying.

To start, i am on Phoenix server in EU(Servers are in canada for some reason...)

As said in the title, the Error 90000 and 90002 have been appearing to me alot, normaly in these situations:

- 90000: When i log in, it doesn't even open the automatic window of Recomendations, it logs me in, nothing on chat, i see few people arround and then boom, error 90000.

- 90002: When i manage to get online, these appear when i try to do a Roulette, it crashes me instantly without warning.

Now for Lag spikes, it has started some days ago, they are constant, sometimes i spend more time having them than actualy fighting in a Primal or something... Yesterday agaisn't Shiva i was fighting her then suddently bam... a Lag Spike, it froze the whole connection, but the Chat was still going... how is that possible?

I thought the problem was from this side and my internet provider, i called them and nothing, there was nothing wrong, i checked my other games and i had NO lag whatsoever. So i tried to go on my other character on a NA server Balmung and i had NO lag spikes, i did a dungeon perfectly... so why am i having lag on this server?

As said, i am on Phoenix Server, playing with friends, so moving to other server is not a option and this situation is leaving me annoyed and starting to lose interest in playing more...

My friend say its because i am playing with a wireless but its not, i didn't had these problems before and now i am and i always used wireless.

I have been getting constant 90000 error since last week. It keeps kicking me out every 10-15 min or sometime even more frequent. I contacted customer service and their suggestions are not helpful. I've been playing this game for more than a year and never have a problem until now. I'm on PC with wire connection.

I seem to always get lag spikes in instances but I only get 90K/90002 in PvP. I'm not sure why. I've spoken to my ISP and they just recommended unplugging/restarting my router (which obviously wasn't helpful).

I did two traceroutes with what I believe is the adamantoise ip (199.91.189.30)

The first is when I was just standing in front of my house, doing nothing, and the second is in pvp, during which I got a 90K.

Not sure how to interpret the numbers tbh, but I'm seeing a lot of "Request timed out". I'm not sure what I can do to fix this either.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I've been having this problem since 2.4 and I think after some hotfixes were applied the first time.

EDIT2: As of about 8:30pm EST today, I'm getting 90K just standing in the world and error 2002 when I try to log back in :\
