The way I get used to jobs is just use it for everything for a while, roulettes, trials, killing trash mobs, etc. The more you can muscle memory access different ability combinations the better you are. And the more you play as that job the easier it will get. Not having to look at your hot bar to combine healing and DPS on SCH the better you are going to be. And the more you can quickly access rare combinations the more respect people will have for you as a player.
