1.18b patch notes are up..

Yeah, it's only a small change, but the whole game's gotta be recompiled, plus all the servers gotta be rebooted.

Kinda makes me wonder why they decided to release another patch so soon if this is all that's in it, unless there's more happening here than we're being told about...mystereeeeeeeEEEeeeEEEe~

They are trying to get 1.18a/b outta the way for 1.19 by early September!(this is me just being all psychic) @_@
