True Ice Brand vs Burtgang

Hey! Just starting to get in to tank theory crafting, and I was just wondering if there were any cases in which it might the True Ice Brand would be better than Burtgang (assuming you're accuracy capped of course).

The extra parry and skill speed seems like it couldn't hurt if you're already accuracy capped (unless the det on Burtgang is better than both of those).

True Ice Brand is very good for Sword Oath, as it has a faster attack speed than the Burtgang.

Primal Weapons are typically good against the correspnding Primal. From what I understand it's the only situation where the bonus elemental resistance is large enough and applicable enough to yeild a discernable difference in performance. If you have access to a higher iLevel weapon, the gain is fairly diminishing as higher sats > benefit from elemental resist.

As far as the other stats go, for PLD, typically I think most PLD's build as follows {Meet Accracy Cap} {Meet certain Tier of VIT} > Parry > Det > Crit > Skill Speed.

Also, I don't have the weapon stats in front of me to post more useful information. I'm a WAR, and I onl use PLD when I have to. I'm still using Curtana Animus + high Allagan Shield.
