How much do I need for a Air Ship

With how housing has went I would guess something like 50-100million. With how much gil is out there these days and how easy it is to make its not that unrealistic of goal especially when a whole FC pitches in together.

I hope they do something more like the ixali for FC airships. Have your FC gather and craft items for the airship.
Like gather multi thousand of items, multihundred from unspoiled nodes. Have crafters make
items and it slowly fills up gauges of requirements while the airship is in your FC hangar being "made" Another
huge gilsink is not what I'd like to see xD but who knows, that may be what they do.

You are playing the wrong game if you think that content like this will be designed around people who actually enjoy things other than farming, crafting, mercing, and manipulating the AH.

I'm guessing we'll get the black chocobo/single person airships relatively easily or as part of the story.

It sounds like a lot of the content from the expansion will be locked behind having access to flight. They will not force players to farm millions of gil to access what will probably be a majority of the content that is on the disk that they just purchased.

As far as fc airships, I'm sure those will require some advanced crafting. We've been told all ready that we will be building FC airships.
