New player here...a few questions and ideas

First off i have a problem with npc's loading up fast and they load on my screen about 1-2mins after i have a HD 4830 512mb ram and a single core cpu 3.06 ghz and windows vista and 4gigs of ram and have some real performance issues so any tips on how to make my performance better is great but i also want the game to look good. Now for my idea its to remove the limit on levequests or atleast double the amount from 8 to 16 its a real hassle to be limited on levequests but if you cant do that then atleast add more quests to zones.World of warcraft has over 7000 quests that can be done and it would be really awsm if FF XIV can atleast have 3-5k of quests.

The thing with WoW quests is they're all mostly the same. The pre-Cataclysm revamp definitely added flavor to some of them, but it's still "kill # of this" or "bring # of this that X mob drops", followed by killing their leader. FFXIV is essentially the same, except it's more basic than that. I am getting tired of killing toads at Treespeak, I tell you!

They're working on allowing us to save up leve attempts, which is nice, but what the leve system will turn into is anyone's guess. It looks as if it's going on the back burner.

That being said, leves are not a bad way to level. I typically find my hands full during my sessions, between battle and craft leves and whatever else it is I need to do. Any more than what we are allowed currently, and I'd probably be overwhelmed.
