The first two are pretty obvious. And reposting is largely harmless (though it does water things down, with some people liking one post and not another).
But lots of people put multiple questions per post, so maybe hopefully some of them will see this.
Why's it matter? They use the # of likes to help determine which questions to ask. If you have multiple questions in a post, 1) you're going to miss out on likes from people who don't care about all your questions and 2) SE can't tell which question(s) the likes apply to.
