    I forgot to buy an exclusive seasonal event item from the event vendor, which is not part of the seasonal quest event.

    Would these items return in the next seasonal event, or are they going to be always on the cash shop now?

    Are there any plans to improve the client so it doesn't close the game when you encounter a Lobby Error? Or a feature which saves your password/auto-launches the game when you open the launcher?

    Currently all personal Chocobos are referred to in as "he" (male). Are the rumors true about Chocobo breeding and if so will we be able to then chose a gender for our current Chocobos?

    The prices for a small house in a Legacy Server (namely Excalibur) are outrageously high (4 million + gil). It has been suggested, at this Lodestone Forum thread, that an apartment complex may be preferable. What is the chances of this happening?

    I am sure each world has bots. On Excalibur there are several known bots and I know that these bots have been reported many times, not just by me but by others as well. Why is nothing being done about these bots?

    What steps, if any, are you doing to better combat RMT? Lately they have taken to not only spamming /shout and /tell but also sending a friend request, forcing real players to not be able to quickly blacklist them.

    Can a "Report RMT" option be added in which it will automatically blacklist the RMT in question thus freeing the Black List up? I know many who have their Black List full and are unable to Black List any more RMT. Perhaps even adding a feature in which if a person is reported as an RMT their ISP is tagged and locked out, as well as a tag on the ISP/character that reported them? Then allow for real gamers that were falsely reported to prove that they are innocent ( I know you can see past chat logs) and RMTs to be properly blocked as well as punish those who falsely accused innocent players? I know this last bit is a lot but is it possible to look into something like this?

    Many claim that Square Enix allows RMT to proliferate on the servers because they (SE) are getting paid from these RMT (monthly game charge everyone pays). What is your reply to such a statement?

    Why don't the lavender beds subsections have their own ferry NPC? It feels weird to warp to parallel dimension just so you can exit the area!
