Soldiery Notification Misuse and Abuse

Is it possible for the 'initial' soldiery notification that pops up at the start of dungeon, trial and raid runs can be reevaluated and removed due to the multiple abuses of it currently in game both in terms of being used to do harm and harass the new players whom it was originally intended to help, the fact it is being used to judge someone's competence in PF listings despite being not a real indicator of such and the fact people are using it to fish for soldiery bonus only runs in DF by ditching, asking for vote kicks, forcing vote kicks or vote abandon by purposefully wiping the group over and over or disconnecting for couple minutes in order to avoid having to do a complete run because no notification popped up on that occasion at the start of that run so they want to leave and continue fishing for ones that do.

The Floating Continent (Heavensward)

When you announced Floating Continent, everyone immediately thought this will be like Crystal Tower (FF3) but with Final Fantasy 6 characters. Is this just a continent that's floating, or will we see a lot of old FF6 lore?
