With regards to personal housing, are there any plans to add additional wards on a server-demand-specific basis? (For instance, my home server of Adamantoise has huge numbers of Small plots unbought still; but on the far more populated, Legacy-funded Balmung, homes are selling out almost immediately when servers go up)
