The armory system was a fantastic idea and is something that has been lacking from the mmo genre for a long period of time, however a distinct problem I find as a player who mainly plays 1 or two classes is the homogeneity that exists within each class, e.g. every scholar will be exactly the same when they obtain the same gear. The only real difference between players is their skill level. Have you ever considered adding something like a talent tree to the game to give Jobs more depth?
