It may not be likely, but could you add allied seals for other certain events that doesn't involve Hunting, such as PvP Frontlines?

Is there any plans to allow players to turn "dark"? Or be allowed to make various choices to make slightly unique gameplay based on those choices?

Are there plans to implement a "Request desythesis" option later some time in the future?
Are there any plans for more end game job specific armor? Instead of tanks having one set, casters having one set, etc.
Will there ever be different armor sets for different playstyles of the same job? (For instance, Strength oriented Warrior tanking) I am referring to all pieces being oriented, not just alternate accessories.
People use party finder to put announcements like: looking for static member, party starting tomorrow at this time, willing to sell, willing to buy.
Do you have any plan to implement a notice board where players can set up this kind of messages? maybe messages could last longer and remain on board even if u are offline, with the ability to send mogmail
Is there a chance we see Healer mounts in a similar style to the Tank ones that were done before?
When will you allow us to see the last log in time of the linkshell members?

Is it possible to add "story mode" for future raids like Coil ? Some players don't even want great reward but see story line )with share lockouts , w/o gear drops it don't really matter , many ppl's just want run thru , this option may finally exclude content sellers in PF & at all) .

If it's allowable, I only have two questions to ask. If not, then I ask for my first question to be the question accepted as it's the more important of my two questions.
1. Would it be possible to implement an option to allow the Party Health Bars have a horizontal alignment, similar to how the Alliance health bars are? While trying to heal I find the vertical alignment of the party health bars to be rather awkward when trying to place them within an easily viewable area and also even more awkward when trying to use mouse-over macros to heal players. Something along the lines of the diagram I'm posting just under this question would make for an easier time using player targeting mouse-over macros as well as give more options to players to place the health bars in a position more appealing to them. The idea of the horizontal allignment would be like:
[player 1] [player 2] [player 3] [player 4]
[player 5] [player 6] [player 7] [player 8]
