I also think they should remove the 60min timer.

Sure on paper it sounds nice, that means that when you sign up for a run you will never be more than 1hr in there. But let's face it. It doesn't translate very good in game.

Here was my 1st run of the level 30 dungeon : Go in, rush through mobs to get to the last boss, someone switches his job to a rank 50 and that was the run. I did not learn anything, I felt rushed and it wasn't a fun/thrilling experience as I was expecting.

If we did not have the 60min timer, we could have taken our time to do more than just the final boss but I would also like them to either impose a cap that limits the player's rank when entering OR lock the player's class upon entering the instance to prevent class switching. That way people who wish to steamroll can still do it, but those who take the time to make a party of players within the correct level range doesn't get the unwelcomed surprise of someone switching class mid instance.
