Stuck in main quest, can't continue.

I am currently stuck in a main quest called Escape from Castrum Centri. Currently, I need to talk to Minfilia which is inside the quest dungeon itself. However, before I had the chance to complete the quest, a timely server reset took place and I am now currently stuck outside the quest itself and unable to finish it.

I've contacted support a few times before but to no avail. Hopefully the forum is able to help me with this. Thank you! I am in Tonberry.

Are you able to abandon the quest and restart it from scratch? That sometimes works.

As I've stated, it is a main quest. Are you able to restart a main quest?

Not sure myself but I know you can with sidequests. I would try that if it's an option.

I am very thankful for your help on this issue. But it is a main quest and I am unable to abandon it. I am trying to look for a GM to help with this issue but to no avail. I've already tried everything in the game but it is impossible.

You can't abandon a main quest, probably something they should implement, for situations like this. This seems to happen quite often. Not that this offers much help. I thought that support could reload your character from a previous point.

Would support view this thread? If they don't, how do I contact them because I've tried sending an email to them but they sent me a rather generic email. It has been 2 days >< I'm already reaching level 48 for a level 46 quest. :\

I think you will have to make a thread in the bug section of the forums.
You will have to go to bug reports / in game bugs and there is a template that you have to fill out with information they need from you.

When you go into that section there is a tread called welcome to the "in game bugs" forum. that thread will have the templates you need as well as how to fill it out correctly.

I think the technical support forum is only for website issues.

First off, you are posting in the wrong place. You should be posting in 'In Game Bugs'. There is a sticky that shows the layout of correct bug report. Copy it, fill out all the questions. Include your system specs internet info etc. Repost in the correct forum and wait for a mod reply. Its usually pretty fast if you follow their instructions on filling putba bug report. Goodluck.
