Im in serious need of help. I have been trying to fight Shiva HM for the past 2 days for my storyline quest. But every time I entered with a party: my screen stays black, I still hear the music of the current town I was in, and according to my party I am not visible yet I can talk with them. This issue happens ONLY with Shiva. Today the same issue occured. I asked my party to dimiss me but nothing changed when I was kicked and I was still able to party chat with them out of party. I closed the game and waited a while and attempt to log in but it tells me that I and currently logged in already. Its been over an hour and I still cannot enter the game.
