This is going to be no where near as impressive as Reinhart's thread, but every now and then the German rep will poke Yoshi-P in the same way Bayohne will and gets an answer otherwise not found. I'll be trying to translate the bits that are not (as far as I am aware) common knowledge.
Translations may not be perfect, because the German reps communicate with the devs in English rather than Japanese - back to English and the game of Chinese Whispers may be relevant. That, and my German comes from attending a German school for 3 years where I had to develop practical communication skills, rather than an academic source that examines etymology and such.

From time to time, some of you may get the urge to want to contribute to the threads quoted here from the German forums. I'd like to articulate that, unless you can write it in German, this may be seen as inappropriate. It being the German forums, there is an expectation that people speak in German. Translation tools such as Google-translate can assist if you want to make a contribution, but don't simply post in English while on the German forums.
(Simply "liking" one of Sasu's posts is of course encouraged regardless.)
If you want to contribute to a discussion on anything quoted here, I suggest also creating a new thread for it in the appropriate forum section. Experience suggests that our own reps are very diligent in watching the posts that come through these forums, so they will find your feedback just as easily and you'll probably even get some support from other people on the English side who post in reply to you as well.

We spoke with Yoshida (about not attending Gamesconn in Köln) and the reasoning was taken that the improvement of the game should be prioritised. Therefore we won't be bringing FFXIV to GamesCon this year. Instead, high-gear work on the game will be done. But in the future we'll be loading on to conventions etc.
The dev-team thanks you for your feedback. They would like you to know that they are currently implementing a tutorial for the Party-search feature.
The developers are currently overhauling the Linkshell-list and testing a feature that shows where the members of your linkshell are currently located. Please have patience till it is implemented and at your service.
Not yet. I'll stay on the ball and post as soon as I learn anything new. The developers are working really hard on the game and know how important the kick-function (context: expel Linkshell members) is to you. And it's not just because I'm regularly poking them.
The fact you don't have this function yet is most certainly not because it doesn't interest them, but because they can't yet get to the topic for various reasons.
I know it's annoying to have to wait for so long, but we community reps, like the devs, are doing everything that we can to as soon as possible offer you the Game Experience that you (rightfully) expect.
On the topic of the dev-team setup... (the rest is on what teams exist within the dev team, quoting the recent interview the reps had with Yoshi-P)
