Wait... are you implying your peers would never harass someone? If so, you might wanna look around you a bit more.

Not defending the decision to remove the function, but it really sounds like you're implying that players would "never" do such a thing as send /tell to harass another player..

Harassment can happen everywhere, not only on dungeons.
