Do what? They can't prevent trolling, they provide a tool to deal with griefers, vote kick, but it requires the whole party to agree with you, if you party is running to chests then maybe they don't agree or don't care about it.

There is a small window to initiate vote kick right before people open chest, but you must have the party list open right as the boss dies.

I actually tried that couple of times during that run, but I guess I timed it wrong.

I've been able to initiate a vote kick on these guys a couple times. But sometimes things are going too fast, and I just ask the alliance to wait a minute we have a griefer, and they wait. Just ask, most people are afraid to ask I guess. It's not a big deal to wait a minute to boot someone.
