we need this in-game badly! im sick and tired of shouting in town for an SP party -.- and i actually used to use the recruiting thing on FFXIV when the game first came out but it sucked. I hope this is put into the game everything about it looks amazing! Also nobody ever uses the damn recruit or lfp thing anymore that ffxiv made, atleast not on my server.

Excellent post. Although I feel the menus could be designed a bit better than in your pictures and require less information than you have suggested.

Search feature has to be redone entirely as it stands.

Totally great idea. I can't fault your suggestion in the least. But... the current state of the menus, an overwhelming emphasis must be placed on the server response. Clicking all those buttons, class needed, reason for joining, time, in our heads it's all fast and simple, click, click, boom! However, if we've learned anything from FF14's menu system it's slow, unresponsive and likes to ask if we're sure.

I can see it now. Filter out Lancers. "Are you sure?" Filter in Conj. "Are you sure?" Filter on leve's. "Are you sure?" Press search. "Are you sure?" Get angry. Log out. "Are you sure?"

The main emphasis on this system is the ability to search and seek for multiple purposes on multiple classes simultaneously. The proposed system is something that only took me a few minutes of brainstorming, followed by a few hours of photoshop. I'm sure there are much better ways to implement it.

Anything is better than what we have now.
