whats going on with my accepted bug report??????????

I cant express how disappointed I am, so disappointed I'm thinking of quiting this game. What the hell is going on with my bug report? Now on page 3 of the accepted bugs and still no resolution??? No one contacting me or compensating me for the mantles I EARNED, if Lodestone cant help me tell me who can... In WOW I would have been compensated already....get your crap together.

Have you contacted a GM ingame about it? Bug reports arn't in the business of restoring items.

yes I did and I recieved two "canned" answers that really didnt answer or even relate to my predicament. Essentially, it says they understand that I am experiencing in game difficulty and refer to active help directory.....Ive tried this and there is absolutly nothing that helps in that directory...Honestly, this is a very simple situation with a very simple solution, especially since I have provided everything they needed to show I earned these mantles....

Question. Did you get a gold or silver rating on this fate?

Im not sure .. if I remember correctly at the end, Odin said something and when I would receive something or at least a message window with the medal I didnt get any message. I have earned several behemoth horns and had this almost happen at the end of one fight, where it almost seems like its thinking or locked, then (in the case of behemoth) finally received my reward.

From your description one might assume you did not get bronce/silver/gold.
Reasons vary, most likely the boss could have been at the border of the fate and you not standing in the fate area or something like that?
