    Well I think we can put cool down on them or do things like can't be used with this skill or if you go over a certain HP threshold all your stats will be removed or something like that. So How about if we make it like, you got all these skills here, but if you go over board you might end up worse off.

    Or maybe put a different kind of pacify after the use of some of them? That way they are locked out of WS but can only use non buffing OGC?

    Should put a debuff on tank if it passes the threshold.
    Debuff would be like reduced incoming healing by % accumulated with active skills.

    I know Yoshida stated the armor being inspired by Berserk but if he delved any further into the armors abilities dark knight will have life draining/strength enhancing properties and will very much be a tank to wrecken with. Perhaps the armor makes the job this time around. Just a noob thinking out loud though. -No aggro

    Would be interesting to see DRK get spikes first. Lot's of mobs can use spikes and en'spells that we cannot. Would be a welcomed addition and a move in the right direction.

    Us not getting spikes or enspells I think its really annoying

    When i really thought about it, I figured Drain/Aspir would make their way into the job, Dread Spikes possible... and if they add Darkness, I imagine it will be a damage AoE ala Circle of Scorn, with increased enmity generation, and perhaps sacrifice HP. I imagine very few if any of their JA will sacrifice HP, and we'll probably see a DRK job that focuses more on the Debuff/Absorb style Dark Knight as opposed to the Kill the enemy before you die DRK. We may even seem some XI abilities repurposed. (and sorry for a lot of you who didn't know this, a lot of things in this game are renamed/reused XI abilities, So it could happen. Fast Blade, Savage Blade, Gust Slash, Aeolian Edge, Vorpal Thrust, etc)

    Drain II - Higher potency drain. If the amount of HP Drains brings you higher than your maximum, increases your maximum HP by that much for (x) time. (aka if you have 800/1000 HP, and Absorb 500 HP, it brings you to 1300/1300)

    Scarlet Delirium - Increases your Damage as you take damage. (Perhaps it could increase your DEF/Reduce damage taken or increase Enmity as you take damage, as a means to make it a tanking ability.).

    Dread Spikes - Absorbs HP equal to the physical damage you take. Cap is based on maximum HP.

    Absorb-(Stat) - Perhaps simply Absorb STR/VIT, or Absorb-TP even. I wouldn't be surprised if enemy draining came into play for DRK.

    I did not play FF11 but my idea of Dark knight is like this. firstly Dark knight is a high damage tank like WAR but they don't have flat free mitigation like PLD or hp and rec boost like WAR.
    The way they get mitigation is A tank stances called "Blood Shield" Blood shield is a skill where Dark knight will get life back and make it a shield from his dmg dealt. Some how like SCH adloquium. But for dark knight their heal back is much higher than WAR and the shield they get from damage is 100%. Their Skill potency is higher too like about 320 for final aggro combo. Then like WAR they have a second combo which heals back 100% of the damage and get 200% shield from it . Cross class. THM and MRD? Any I find it interesting to play DRK if it's like that, and will totally main it now hehe.


    Edit. And also Dark knight Final tank skill eg holmgang and hollowed is they convert all their MP into shield and the shield regeneration from their damage is x5 for 8 sec since they are magic tank and cross class is THM they will have good amount of MP.
