Have same issues since after their latest patch.

When I did a ticket they responded by saying it was on my end and that I needed to take steps to verify connections and firmware and to ensure their up to date.

Why should I jump through hoops when they made changes on their end which prevents me from playing? Changes which they will not say or they would be held accountable.

Their customer service is such BS due to this. And yes.. it is BS because they are not solving a problem they created.

All was well before the patch... and after the patch I cannot connect anymore.. how is that my fault? And they make it difficult to contact them because they send standard replies with solutions they think will help me...
