The frontlines 9000 error

Is it SE's fault? Or is it Sony's fault?

I'd like to know so I can mail a rant about how it sucks to never do frontlines because I keep getting booted out by Mr. 9000 since...MONTHS!

Just wanted to know before I leave, coming back for the expansion, hopefully by then it'll be fixed...not gonna hold my breath cause updates these days are all about DYES!

Yes, why does it happen with wireless if that's the case? It doesn't drop for anything else.

Have same issues since after their latest patch.

When I did a ticket they responded by saying it was on my end and that I needed to take steps to verify connections and firmware and to ensure their up to date.

Why should I jump through hoops when they made changes on their end which prevents me from playing? Changes which they will not say or they would be held accountable.

Their customer service is such BS due to this. And yes.. it is BS because they are not solving a problem they created.

All was well before the patch... and after the patch I cannot connect anymore.. how is that my fault? And they make it difficult to contact them because they send standard replies with solutions they think will help me...

Yes I get several 90ks in frontlines on my wireless however when I using a wired connection with my one computer it never happens.

The suggestion to switch to a wired connection reduced significantly the error, however, it happens still.

This can't be a problem for our end, I hope SE looks into this.
