Anyways more short hair styles for male characters would be nice. There's a lot of ways you can style short hair and we have a lot of long hair options now as it is.

I think highlander eyebrows is a cultural thing though.

Yes, highlander's lack of eyebrows is part of their culture. It's what makes them highlanders. If you were to add eyebrows it would be no different than allowing Lalafell to be 2 meters tall. It would just destroy any trace of an unique identity.
