I. Who we are:

Curia Regis <CR> is a Free Company that is aimed at end game progression while still creating a generally fun and enjoyable environment to be in. Our goal is to push content in our various groups while still holding ourselves to a high standard of both play and game knowledge.

• Our first Twintania clear was on 11/13/13, making us second on the server to clear. We entered patch 2.2 as the Free Company with the most Twintania kills under our belt on the server prior to the changes to the Binding Coil of Bahamut.
  
• As of 5/13/14, we have completed all raid content (Second Coil of Bahamut) in patch 2.2.
• As of 6/24/14, all 6 of our raid groups have cleared Turn 9.

II. What we do:


General Purpose:

We are a Free Company that is aimed at end game progression while still creating a generally fun and enjoyable environment to be in. Our goal is to push content in our various groups while still holding ourselves to a high standard of both play and game knowledge.

III. What we are seeking:

Right now we are seeking an exceptional SCH to join a group with 2.4 progression. This group has currently cleared Turn 10 and Turn 11 while working on Turn 12. Experience in T10/T11 is highly sought after in an applicant but not required. We are not a hardcore group by any means - but we enjoy being good at what we do. We want members who are looking to push themselves and are eager to excel. Some jobs are sought after more than others but all exceptional players are encouraged to apply.

General:

• Applicant must be extremely knowledgeable about the class and be able to push their DPS to its limit while still achieving great execution of game mechanics. Healers must come well prepared to fights, able to manage threat and communicate with their co-healer and raid group, and push DPS when necessary. Tanks must be able to perform both MT and OT duties when necessary and communicate with your co-tank and healers. Communication is stressed for all roles. You MUST be able to put out good numbers or be able to heal/tank well while working with your groups. We are not going to carry someone under any circumstances.

•Applicant must also be able to function well in a high pressure environment while tackling new content, and be able to take constructive criticism to better the raid when the situation calls for it. Keeping calm during encounters and not flooding TeamSpeak 3 with unnecessary chatter is something we highly prize.

•Applicant must be responsible in determining raid times and staying in contact with their assigned raid leader. It is YOUR responsibility to double check raid times.

•You must be able to raid at least 3 times a week while the push for new content is ongoing. Our default starting time is generally 5:00 PM PST. Our schedule, however, may vary, and we can accommodate worthy applicants. Raid times are generally decided on a week by week basis as determined by the group's needs. However, during new content we can go 4-5 times a week if the group is hungry to do so.
