The players with lesser gil will go like fml i can't afford something so simple.
Remember those glamour and gil disparity threads? So i rather not have it a super high craft.
I want to show that I'm a part of The Order of the Immortal Maelstrom too.![]()

The Maelstrom of Immortal Adders? :3
@OP - yea seriously no this makes no sense at all. You swear allegiance to one grand company. That GC has uniforms and gear that are specific to it. The hunt billmaster and the GC quartermaster aren't souvenir shops; they provide equipment to people serving under that grand company's banner.
If you'd rather have the glamour gear from another GC, you can simply change.
Change GC, get the gear, change back in a month.
Problem solved OP.

Or they could just, you know, use the token system they've added to the new expert dungeons? :PFacerolled my num pad. But ye, with new classes (2 minimum confirmed, maybe 3?) and existing classes, giving healers and mages different sets, that means 20 (25 if 3 classes in 3.0) more items added into coffer loot tables. While only looting 2 items (and drops depend on each coffer [right or left]), it would take a miracle to drop an item for your class.
OP I'm going to have to disagree on this one. If you want to use a certain GC set then you should be a member of that GC. It's like asking to be able to wear PLD gear when you're a BLM... if you want to wear it then switch to whatever lets you wear it. Why don't you just change GC?
