Stuck in main quest, can't continue.

I am currently stuck in a main quest called Escape from Castrum Centri. Currently, I need to talk to Minfilia which is inside the quest dungeon itself. However, before I had the chance to complete the quest, a timely server reset took place and I am now currently stuck outside the quest itself and unable to finish it.

I've contacted support a few times before but to no avail. Hopefully the forum is able to help me with this. Thank you! I am in Tonberry.

Are you able to abandon the quest and restart it from scratch? That sometimes works.
