Just a rant from someone actually playing

I have tried every aspect of the game, fight, gather, craft.
the game is improving in the right direction, it just need some more time, but I m afraid a little that it might that too long than players can bear.

-make economy more flaw. old item should not be resell.
-battle need to be more fun.
-need new kind of transportation like chocobo air ship to make eorzea lively.
-More NM and high end game that request joint of multiple parties.
-More variety option for unique fashion between individual.

I don't like the game to be same as FF11, but the good part should bring it on!

If you don't agree with someone who is rank 28 you're obviously a troll. It's been this way on almost every FFXIV forum. People who've played the game for 6 hours think they deserve a voice louder than those who play 6 hours everyday.

I mean seriously, complaining about something you have no idea about isn't helping anyone. It's just annoying and potentially sending SE the wrong messages.

But at what point do you listen to the small majority of people playing over the large ammount who might play if the game was a way they wanted?

Don't get me wrong, i'm not up for unfounded opinions... but at some point people aren't playing for a reason. That reason might be great for you... but it might be keeping everyone else away.

For instance... i won't touch this game again until i feel like a class has a purpose for me to play... And i'm not the only one, but are we the majority? Who knows? Most of the people who aren't playing probably don't check the forums unlike those who do play and say "all is well" with broken thing.

I don't think someone who played to r28 has no clue what the game is about. They might not be spending hours and hours every single day since launch racing to 50, but they deffinately have experienced a large portion of the game. And to cross argue sending SE the wrong messages. The same could be said for someone who plays the game everyday. You seem to think some parts of the game are great, while others don't agree. Should they listen to you, who plays it everyday, since launch, and make the changes you want, over the majority of people who find it hard to play at all. I'm not implying SE should ignore you, but those that quit should have as much of a voice as though who play everyday. They quit for a reason. You are still playing for a reason.

Last I checked, the game wasn't doing too successful. It needs the people that quit to come back just as much if not more than to please the small group who play it reguardless of its current state.

The reason is that the gameplay is absolutely boring at the beginning, guildleve system is not working how it should be so ranking up is pretty boring too, but despite all of this things, despite the lack of endgame content, we are having fun at rank 50, there must be a reason for this too.

Who knows why, but apparently its not working as a hole. And i'm not saying that everyone who is r50 is saying that the game isn't broken. But anytime i see someone actually try and suggest something changing classes or the crap armory system its always a self proclaimed 50 who replies that the system is fine.

Then again, i actually read most of the posts... as its slow at work.

I can completely understand where you're coming from but...

Most of the people PLAYING the game don't check the forums because they're too busy actually enjoying the game instead of complaining about it.

It's just people aren't being constructive at all. Making threads saying "where are the airships??? where are the chocobos???" and "I HATE SURPLUS" makes the English speaking players seem like crybabies and isn't helping anyone. SE is obviously going to add more jobs and there is obviously going to be chocobos and airships, that is more than a given.

People who have no experience are either calling for systems to be thrown out of the game because they don't understand them fully or trying to put random stuff they want personally in the game.
They aren't talking about improving the game.


I don't think anyone thinks this game is perfect but the devs have shown that they are on basically the right track.

Its called being a smart ass, please try to not take anything to seriously.

And that saying getting to r50 is for masochists is basically a smart ass way of saying, the game is not enjoyable so you'd have to like being miserable to get that far.

I have to admit getting to rank 50 was definitely hard and if it wasn't for my ls mates I would have stopped playing long ago >.> but once you hit the cap you can test various aspect of the game and you start to appreciate them.
