ARC, Evenstar and Bravely Default

Have you ever noticed that the imfamous Evenstar set resebles the clothes arcanists in Bravely Default wear? (Red/black scheme, Hat, odd tail). Also note that there is an arcanist class in this game (though it works differently from the class in BD)

With all that and the fact that While Scholar is a healer, Ancanist and Summoner are DPS, in mind, do you think the Evenstar Set was meant for Arcanists?
