Coerthas/Ishgard Housing?

I know "a lot" of us are speculating this, and holding back on buying current houses I'm sure. I would just like to bring this up in case no one on the dev team was actually considering it.. I think some of us would like to know whether or not we're even speculating correctly... or just big dreamers...

How many of you would like a snowy region for housing? Whether we get log cabins in the snowy forest, or the mason type ones that are currently there, I would definitely like to see some housing in that area.

It would be nice to see the housing area for this zone to have a hot springs /hint hint wink wink. I'd also like to see a kitchen sink and a bathroom sink please. My bathroom isn't complete ; ;

I'm torn about housing in Ishgard.

I'm for it because I would want a house in Ishgard - Snow / Arctic theme is my favorite setting. I'm a major Winter person.

However I already have a house in Ul'dah, it would suck for me to lose all the money I put into housing which include plot cost, housing cost and all of the unrecoverable furniture. It would be great if they gave you a migrate option that lets you xfer your housing to another plot or something.

I agree, there should also be a moving feature!
Like a friend and I were talking about it.. We thought it'd be cool if they let you move houses for like.. 1m to move into a small with all your belongings, 5 for a medium, 10 for a large (on top of what you've already paid because you're moving somewhere new) and they should also put in some temporary house storage thing, for moving so you don't lose stuff that once you put down it's no longer trade-able.

I personally was going to buy one at the brimming heart in Goblet, but I've been very hesitant because they keep throwing hints that there may be personal housing in Coerthas/Ishgard... and for the very reason you're torn, is the reason I don't want to buy a house yet

I would like to see more themed areas opening up for housing wards but only if there was a system put in place to allow people to move house. Not only just to make it fair to those whom bought land already that would have rather bought in the new ward, but also to fairly allow people to upgrade land or properly sell land they no longer want.

Completely agree, it would be unfair to release new wards without allowing a move or sell feature..

Yes please! I'd love to see Coerthas/Mor Dhona/Ishgard have a housing area. That would be awesome!
