Unlocking Halatali HM....

Hello

I'm in the process of unlocking dungeons, mainly to get my Duty Roulette High Level enabled. I'm missing one to unlock and its Halatali HM. Supposedly you talk to Hugubert in Mor Dhona and he will give the quest This Times for Fun which will unlock it.

Well he's not giving me the quest...I"ve finished the main storyline so not sure what the problem is. The only thing I can think of is that I never did clear it on normal? But the only per-requisite I've found is: Players must have completed the main storyline The Ultimate Weapon....

Any ideas?

You need to have completed it before on the normal mode, I believe.
